KIMS Hospitals Bengaluru grew from a simple frustration: world-class medicine in India too often comes wrapped in queues, confusion and surprise bills. We built two hospitals - Mahadevapura and Electronic City - to prove tertiary care can be excellent and humane at the same time.

Every design decision here - one advisor per patient, prices told before treatment, reports in 24 hours - comes from asking one question: what would we want if it were our own parent in the waiting room? That question is still how we settle arguments.
