1. What we collect
We collect what care requires and nothing more: identity and contact details, medical history, test results, and payment information. Camera footage in public areas is retained for 30 days for safety.
Identity: name, date of birth, government ID for admissionsMedical: history, reports, imaging, prescriptionsPayment: transaction records; card numbers are never stored by us
2. How your data is used
Your medical data is used to treat you, coordinate between departments, bill accurately and meet legal obligations. We do not sell patient data, and marketing messages require your explicit opt-in - declining never affects your care.
3. Who can see your records
Your treating team, and no one else without your written consent - with three exceptions required by law: notifiable diseases, court orders, and medico-legal cases registered with police.
4. How long we keep records
Inpatient records are retained for 10 years per NABH and MCI norms; NICU and paediatric records until the child turns 21. You can request copies at any time - the first copy is free.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct and receive copies of your records, withdraw marketing consent, and lodge a complaint.
